When I say it is so important to surround yourself around people that have the same beliefs as you, especially if those beliefs are of a higher power and they're high vibrational, it is important of the universe like, ah, I get chills. It's a little bit sexy, I'm not gonna lie, I get chills when people talk about it is the universe. The universe is on your side, the universe is looking out for you. And I found a post this week and I I just feel like everything is always aligned. There's always alignment and a lot of stuff that happens, whether it's a positive or a negative thing, and I came across a post that I wrote and I can't actually tell you when I wrote this post because I didn't check the date of when it was written, but it's maybe seven, eight years old and I want to read it to you guys because what I said in this post then is exactly the same as how I feel now Today. I was asked do you really believe in manifestation, manifesting, visualisation, ask, believe and receive? Absolutely yes, and in my explanation I stated you've got two options to believe and feel good in the knowing that it is coming, or feel crappy from, not enough and lack. I know what I'm picking and I know what serves my soul. Everything I said in that post is exactly how I feel now and it's what I talk about on this podcast.

Speaker 1:

When I have a podcast where I talk about manifestation and law of attraction and arts, believe, receive. You can either believe or you can't. Whether you believe in God or the spirits or whatever your religion is, you either believe. You have an option to believe or you have to have an option to not believe. If you speak to someone who believes in God, he comes through for them. They believe that he comes through for them and when something good happens, they're like yes, did he do it? Yes, he did, they believe in that. So they know it's happening. If you believe in something, you just know it's going to happen, and a lot of the time if you. But if you talk to people that believe in manifestation and spirituality and law of attraction, they will tell you that it happens. It comes through for them because they believe with everything. So if you have an option to either believe or not believe, why not just believe because it makes you feel good? With that said, let's start this podcast and let's go a little bit deeper into this, because this is one of my favorite conversations. Hi guys, welcome to another episode of the so flipping extra podcast, a platform for me to express, explore and connect and be so flipping extra why I hear you works well, babes. That's what brings me joy. So, without further ado, let's get into the rest of this podcast, because I'm feeling as I'm feeling good, and it's episode 69. So, if you are, if you are a regular here, I'm a bore you with my law of attraction stories, my law of attraction stories.

Speaker 1:

I discovered the law of attraction 16 years ago, so 16 plus years ago, and it came to me at a time that I absolutely needed it. It was either this or that, and I was on a path, I was dealing with a breakup and I was on a path where it just wasn't going well and I was in negative energy and I was being, I was receiving negative energy and then I was surrounding myself in that receivement of negative energy and I just like it just was what it was, and someone introduced a secret to me. There are people that have mixed views of the secret. My views of the secret and my experience of the secret is all positive, absolutely positive. It just it changed my life. It changed my life, where I was at that time and I feel like if I hadn't been introduced to it at that time, I could I probably would still be a bit of a negative Nelly, and when it was introduced to me, it really helped me through this breakup and it helped me deal with the my own thoughts and feelings and be responsible for my thoughts and feelings. Whatever someone else is dealing with and however they, however else they are, that's got nothing to do with me. That's when I learned about self-control. I can only control how I feel and I can only control how I react.

Speaker 1:

And from reading that book, it sent me on a not a spiral, because it was a positive, it was just a positive journey of self-help books. I was, I was addicted to self-help books. I only read self-help books and my sister, my older sister, would be like you are addicted to self-help books and but at the same time, I wanted to share it with everyone because I was like, hang on, do you not know about this? This is amazing. I felt so good, I felt so uplifted. Things were just coming to me, things were falling in my lap. I made a mood board like this time probably not then, like maybe it probably was around that time I made my first mood board and I was just receiving stuff. I was putting stuff on this mood board and it was coming to me. Everything felt so easy because I believed it. I believed it was going to happen and it was just happening. Oh, it was absolutely amazing. But just just the mindset that you're in of just feeling lifted oh god, wouldn't change that for anyone.

Speaker 1:

And especially at the time I was going through and because I was going through like on the outside of my positive thoughts, I was going through a bad time and and having to deal with other people's energy, I was accused of a lot of things. I was told that I just didn't care, I was a bad person, like you know. This person is feeling this way and I'm just like you know, being like, oh, everything's good. But I had to tell myself that everything was good so I could feel good, and the recipient just couldn't understand that it was just like how dare you, basically, but also like from other friends, and understand that it was just like, how dare you, basically, but also like from other friends and family. It was, you know, I was kind of. I was accused of being fake because it was.

Speaker 1:

If you're telling yourself that you're, you're just kind of putting yourself into a false sense of feel good so that you can feel good and I'm like you know it's okay, because you can't see me right now. I'm kind of scratching my face like okay, tell me where the problem is, because if I can, if I can tell myself that I just feel good, it's coming, I just feel good and it makes me feel good. Where, where's the negativity in this? But everyone is on their own paths at different times and a lot of those, a lot of the backlash not backlash, that sounds a bit too much, but a lot of the confrontation that I got those are these people. Now they they come to the other side, they come to the, the light side and the low of attraction side. So they understand it now.

Speaker 1:

But, honestly, like we control our moods, like we can allow things to come in, and it's just how you deal with it and not every moment you are at the top of your control and something negative can come in or you know something bad can happen and you are at the right place at the right time to say absolutely not, no, I feel amazing. You've got to go through a journey, but it's how long you stay in that journey, how long you keep it in that journey, and it's that whole having a bad day like putting one, giving giving something such a massive title to control the whole outcome of the rest of your day. If, at nine o'clock you are on your way to work and someone cuts you up and gives you the middle finger while you're driving, and then you shout back and get angry and then go into work and tell everyone I'm having such a bad day. I can't believe this happened to me today. Oh, the day's just ruined. They've ruined my whole day, your whole day, your whole day. You're giving it that much power to ruin your whole day. From nine o'clock, you've got hours left of this day and that's what. That's your statement for the day. You told you just put it out there. You put it out there. The whole day is ruined. Your whole day is now ruined, whereas something, something can happen.

Speaker 1:

You can be in the moment, you can get angry in that moment. And this cool of ah, do you know what I mean? Let me you know what it's. Nine o'clock in the morning. Let me go have a ice cream because that makes me feel good. Let me go have an ice study. I love an ice study, a little refresher ice lolly. Let me go have an ice lolly because that makes me feel good.

Speaker 1:

Because, uh-uh, you are not taking my control. You are not taking my power to ruin my whole day. No, it was a bad moment. It was a shitty moment. It happened.

Speaker 1:

Move on. You have to move on. You have to make the decision to say that this is not going to control me. I can't allow it to. I can't allow it to, because it's either this or that. It's either. I allow it to control my thoughts and feelings for the rest of the day and I just feel shit. Why do I want to feel shit if I can have an option to do? You know what? Feel good? Yeah, it's still happening in the background, but I just want to think higher thoughts today. I don't want to spend the whole day thinking about this thing. I'm just going to think good thoughts. I'm going to do the things that make me feel good. I'm going to listen to music. I'm going to listen to my favorite songs. I'm going to sing. I'm going to dance. I'm going to go and color in a picture. I'm going to go walk in the park ice cream in January. We're now in February. Dang, I'm gonna go eat an ice cream and walk down the street. People are gonna look at me like I'm crazy. So what? Let them look as long as I feel good. And that's the control. That's the type of control you have to have. Manifest it, manifest what you want like. But with that manifestation it comes with good feeling thoughts and with that comes with surrounding yourself with people that are on the same page as you.

Speaker 1:

So when you are having that down day, you're not going to speak to someone and they're going to question you like oh, that would piss me off too. I'd be so angry. No, carol, I don't know who Carol is. No, it's not a big deal. It's absolutely not a big deal.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes there are a lot of things that I want to talk on. I still want to give them. I don't want to give them attention. People are fucking idiots. I don't want to give them attention. Sometimes there are a lot of times where there are some things that should be highlighted. I should. For what? For clout? Nah, for the views. Nah, it's all right. I don't want to give it attention. Nah, nah, nah, we're not doing that.

Speaker 1:

But, yeah, put yourself on a level of just growth, and whether it's that you need to come back here every week to get your positivity injection, whether it's you need, maybe you just need to book a call with me, maybe you just need to book a little call and, yeah, maybe that needs to be a thing, because that's all it is's about good vibes. It's about good vibrations, good feeling thoughts. Am I human? Absolutely, do I have moments? Absolutely? But I know who I'm calling, I know who I'm going to speak to, I know who's going to lift me up, I know who's just going to make me stay in in the manifestation zone. It's the visualization, it's the okay.

Speaker 1:

So what would you do if you won the lottery? And then we're just excited about all the money we're gonna spend the holidays, that we're gonna book the, the ways we're gonna build our business with all of this residual income that we got, how we're gonna help people as it like, your whole mood just changes if you heard me say that and your mood changed and you thought about what you was going to do with that lorry when you win it and it just lifted you. That's the type of people that you need around you, absolutely. So one thing about me is I've got okay, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I don't have a dirty mind. I don't have a dirty mind, just dirty thoughts come in my head. Ah, no, okay, stop it, stop it, stop it, stop it, because I'm really innocent. It's always the ones that really aren't innocent that claim their innocence.

Speaker 1:

But for some reason, I opened my laptop today and it opened up on my page that know where I post my podcasts and stuff and then the last episode I posted was episode 68. So I was like it's episode 69, and obviously I don't know about you guys, but the you know, the number 69 always makes me chuckle. I don't know why, but if you know why, you know why, isn't it? Oh, my god, I've got a funny story about that. Okay, I'm gonna have to tell you about this funny story. So I open it up and, yeah, this is episode 69. So it made me think, cool, do we have a sexual episode? But obviously not, because I thought I had.

Speaker 1:

I had to get the conversation of manifestation off my chest, so maybe we'll save episodes. The context of episode 69 for episode 70. I don't know what we're going to talk about, though, because this is such an innocent channel. What will we talk about? Give me some suggestions. What can we talk about for episode 69 plus one, which is next week's episode, to celebrate the 69th episode? You can only have episode 69 plus one which is next week's episode to celebrate the 69th episode. You can only have episode 69 once that it needs to be spoken about. So, yeah, episode 69 plus one will be happening next week, and I want to know what should I talk about on episode 69 plus one? Because, yeah, this, this episode, I had to. We had to go on the manifestation conversation because we're on the second day of February. Now it is the second of February.

Speaker 1:

The year has started January. January usually goes slow. I don't know about you lot, but January sped by, and I feel like that is just a reminder of how quick life is passing us by. Shit is happening. What are you doing about it?

Speaker 1:

So my goal this year, my goal this year, is happiness. It is good vibes, it is feel good energy, it is good people, it is manifestation. It is smiling, laughing, giggling, it is flying high, high, high energy, whatever that means to you. That's what it is to me like, and more and more, and yeah, just positive vibes. Man, like I was probably like toxic positivity a couple years ago and there's nothing wrong with that, like there's nothing wrong with being super, super, super, um, positive. It's the best type of toxic that I'd rather be. I'd rather be a positive toxic than a toxic toxic. So, yeah, it is, that's, it's all of that.

Speaker 1:

And yeah, I feel like for a lot of people as well, january it's hard to really just get started in January because it's like Christmas has just happened and then you just need the time to think and obviously, like you know, the new year, it's like new year but then the other real or, um, spiritual, I don't know which one it is the other new year starts in. Well, new year's is really Easter. Is it Easter? I can't remember. Let your new year be when. Your new year is like we just had the chinese new year.

Speaker 1:

It's the year of the snake. I think it's a really creative year. I'm pretty sure the year of the snake is creative. Let's actually google that. As the sixth animal in the zodiac, the snake represents the midpoint, symbolizing balance or the need for it in one's life. Absolutely, yeah, we need balance. Why did I? Where did um? Oh, okay, yeah, I did see creativity.

Speaker 1:

Those born in the year of the snake, particularly in the wood snake year, are thought to have a blend of wisdom, creativity and inter introspection. They are good at adapting to change, understanding complex situations and learning from their experiences. So, I don't know, figure out when your year is, but, yes, year of the snake and symbolizing balance, and then or the need for it. So I definitely think we need to have some balance, um, balance of happiness and positive vibes. So, yeah, but yeah, when do you celebrate your? Your new year? Is it? Do you celebrate in January or do you celebrate in springtime? And I think the good thing with springtime people that celebrate in springtime is you need to get started. Okay, for me, I need to get started in January. I need to understand what's happening, what am I doing? But I think what happens is, by the time we get to springtime, just your energy goes up because the weather gets nicer, the sun comes out.

Speaker 1:

I don't know if you lot have even noticed how it's getting brighter in the mornings. So I am very much a natural light person. I don't put on my bedroom light, mostly because I don't have a light bulb in there, but when it when, I didn't put it back in because I just I genuinely like the dark and I don't put my light on. You don't have a light, a dickhead, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. Yeah, so so I did. I absolutely noticed the, the light when the lights up. So when I wake up in the morning, more time I'm up before it gets lighter in my house anyway. But on the weekend, if I'm laying in a bit longer, 6, 30, but definitely 7 is getting brighter and the sky has been clear, so we're getting sunlight coming in at 7. So have you noticed that? Have you also noticed it's actually getting darker later? So whereas before it was like 3, it's, I think, it's moved to about 4, 4, 30 now. So yeah, I've noticed these things.

Speaker 1:

These are the little things that just just fill me with so much joy, because whenever I see things like that, I'm like summer's coming, spring's coming, and it always makes people feel good. But I don't want to wait till that time to really start my new year as a new year, because I then it feels like, oh, my god, we've only got like I don't know eight, seven, eight months left. So yeah, but I do love. I love spring, spring. I love summer. I love new, I do. I love new years. I love new years because it always just makes you feel like it's a fresh start. So, yeah, and I love a new month, the same way I love a new week. So it's always great. Monday always feels great because it's like, okay, let's go, this is, it's gonna be a good week, we're gonna have a good week. Boom, and then when a new month starts, okay, this month is going to be full of x, y and z.

Speaker 1:

So, yeah, if you haven't already plan, plan your week, plan your month and yeah, just set it up. Set it up for positive things to happen, good things to come in. And if you can't think of anything positive that you want, just know that it's going to be good. Be excited for the opportunities that just flow to you this week. Be excited for the unknown just just say universe. I am so excited for what you send me, all the good stuff that you're going to send me this week. I'm excited for the people that I'm going to meet, that are going to impact my business, or they're going to impact my mood. They're going to impact my life, maybe, if you going to impact my life?

Speaker 1:

Maybe, if you're dating and like actively dating, like I'm so excited for someone that I'm going to meet when I least expected, like just get excited about all these little things and if it doesn't happen this week, get excited, for the next week is going to happen and then the next week is going to happen. Because what are your options? You either are or you ain't. So, yeah, and I feel like I want to leave it there. I want to leave this podcast on a proper high and I think that is a good one to leave it on. So, without further ado, is that how I? How do I end my podcast? Guys? I should get Callie in to do it.

But, yeah, peace out a time down west side is the best side. Do I believe it? I mean, not really, but what I do know for sure is, wherever I'm at the vibes out and we keep the vibes high, baby, like, if you can't keep your vibes high on your own, you just surround yourself with people that help you keep your vibes high. Because if you can keep your vibes high, but the people that you're surrounding yourself with can't keep your vibes high, then you're dipping. You're up and down dipping. You want people that are going to fill your cup, fill you up and then, once your cup is full and overflowing, you're going to pour it onto all of those people. Because that's what you do you just keep passing. Keep passing that good, positive energy and you can't go wrong there. I love you guys. Bye.
